Hats for the Kids

After my mother saw Huba's hat she thought it would be best that all of the grandkids had a personalized hat. Considering that the other five kids lived in Montana, where it gets really cold, I agreed. So before I went home for Turkey day I graphed out four more hats, went to the local yarn store purchase enough yarn for all the hats, and told my mother that I would make my niece hers. I mean she is the only girl. So I started Harley's hat the night before we left.....finished it the day after we got there. Then we straight to work on Kaleb's hat. Record time of 24 hours start to finish. It's amazing how much you can get done when you are spending time with your family just visiting. Also while we were home my nephew, Holter, lost his first tooth. Doesn't he look like a pumkin? More to tell later. I must post so the children can see their pictures on the computer.
