1 tsp gelatin
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, seperated
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 small carton Cool Whip or 2/3 cup whipping cream
2 graham cracker crusts
Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Scald 1 1/2 cup milk. Blend egg yolks, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Add to scalded milk, cook until coats the spoon. Add gelatin and vanilla. Chill until cool. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in cool whip and cooled mixure. Pour into graham cracker crusts. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Chill until sets.
