Rice Custard Pudding & Lemon Meringue

Sunday was spent in the kitchen. Baking. I don't do this very often as the boys will come to expect it and start putting in orders. That would take all of the fun of things. This way it stays a treat for all.



Grandma's Rice Custard
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs well beaten
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix cooked rice well with other ingredients.
Bake in well greased dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
